This package is designed with minimum cost in mind. It upgrades and adds value to your property quickly with the lowest cost possible.
Although we bring the cost down to the minimum, we do not cut corners. All installations will be professionally done and checked for code compliance.

Package Includes

• Removal of existing bathroom

• Disposal of rubbish.

• Line and plaster bathroom walls and ceiling with 10mm Aqualine Gib

• 2 coats of paint on all walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork

• Floor preparation and Waterproofing

• Tiling for floor and skirting only

• Supply and install the following items:-

  • 2 x Recessed LED lights

  • 1 x Extractor fan

  • 1 x Acrylic shower from 900x900 to 1200x1200 

  • 1 x Vanity from 600mm up to 1200mm wide

  • 1 x Close coupled toilet

  • 1 x Flat wall mirror

  • 1 x Slide shower

  • 1 x Shower mixer

  • 1 x Basin mixer

  • 1 x Toilet roll holder

  • 1 x Towel rail

Notes:
This package is designed based on a 2.5m x 2m bathroom with ceiling height of 2.4m. All fixtures will remain in the same position. However, we can customize this package to suit your needs.

Site visit is required to confirm this package. Price variations may occur based on need to relocate fixtures, concrete cutting and extensiveness of the work.
